Electric tool production lines generally use flexible speed increasing chain conveyor lines, combined with tooling boards and various workstation instruments to complete the assembly process. The testing line adopts a charged enclosed plate chain conveyor line in conjunction with specialized testing equipment to complete the aging testing process. The detection line contacts the charged copper bars laid inside the wire body through the copper conductive wheels on the chain plate, making each chain plate charged. The workpiece is connected to the multi-purpose socket set on the chain plate, and undergoes live movement and aging detection with the wire body.
The electric tool production line is divided into a hanging chain electric tool production line according to the structure of the production line, and a differential chain assembly assembly line according to the functions achieved by the production line.
